Rules of Paul Mckenna

The main rules of Paul mc kenna are
1. Eat when hungry
2. Eat what you want not what you think
3. Eat consciously.
4. Stop when full
additional rules
5. Drink more water
6. Move your body
7. Do mirror exercise
8. Listen to his CD.
He assures that if we follow these rules for 90 days we can see the result,
The difficult part for me is to  eat consciously and to listen to his CD.

Will try to follow these rules and record what challenges I face, here.

Purpose of this blog

I am concerned about my health. For the past few years I have been trying to reduce my weight but in vain. I have an active life style. The problem is with my diet. I am inspired by paul mc kenna's 'I can make you thin' and am trying to follow it.  I have created this blog to commit myself to lose weight and record my feelings in due course.
